PESA sells secure video to command centers. It is a defense company that is now going after enterprise. I was hired to design Secura, the software operators use to run that hardware. From there I redesigned the company’s brand, including the line “See. Know. Act.” and how the same product is sold to defense and to enterprise. I built the public website, the employee intranet, and the customer portal as one system.
Secura
Secura is the software that controls PESA’s secure video systems. It is a set of certified applications that let operators switch video and audio between sources and displays, record those feeds, and decide who is allowed to see what.

SwitchStream

Brand
PESA’s brand and pesa.com were originally made for defense buyers. They were looking to expand to enterprise customers. Two things had to change: how the company presented itself, and how the Secura line was presented to each customer group.

Secura named the product for every buyer. A defense procurement officer and a corporate operations lead do not buy the same way, and they do not trust the same language.

I built one SvelteKit and Payload codebase that serves the public website, the employee intranet, and the customer portal. PESA owns it. Who you are decides what you can see.

Four audiences. One codebase. All managed through one authentication layer.

Admins and employees go to the company intranet. Customers go to the support portal. Public passes through to marketing site. An employee who tries the customer portal gets sent to the intranet.
